Aeternus

Aeternus is a death metal/black metal band from Bergen, Norway.  Formed in 1993, Aeternus is one of the pioneers of what the band calls “Dark Metal”, meshing the sounds of Black Metal and Death Metal with superlative guitar playing and occasional haunting, melodic interludes.  With one original member remaining, Aeternus released their seventh full-length album in 2013.  They will be making their first appearance at Maryland Deathfest in 2015.
